Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before engaging in business with Serani Export.

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern all business transactions between Serani Export ("the Company") and its customers ("the Buyer"). By submitting an inquiry, quotation request, or placing an order, the Buyer agrees to be bound by these terms.

2. Quotations and Pricing

  • All quotations are valid for 7 days unless otherwise specified.
  • Prices are subject to change based on market conditions and currency fluctuations.
  • Prices do not include import duties, taxes, or other charges in the destination country.
  • Final pricing is confirmed only upon receipt of a formal purchase order.

3. Orders and Confirmation

Orders are confirmed only after receipt of a signed purchase order and any required advance payment or Letter of Credit. The Company reserves the right to reject any order at its discretion.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms are negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
  • Accepted payment methods include Letter of Credit, T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), and CAD.
  • All bank charges outside India are borne by the Buyer.
  • Late payments may incur additional charges.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping terms follow the latest Incoterms rules as agreed in the contract.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and subject to shipping and customs clearance.
  • Risk transfers to the Buyer as per the agreed Incoterm.
  • The Company is not liable for delays caused by force majeure events.

6. Quality and Inspection

All products are inspected before shipment. Buyers may request third-party inspection at their own cost. Claims regarding quality must be reported within 7 days of receipt with supporting documentation.

7. Liability

The Company's liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. The Company is not liable for consequential damages, loss of profits, or any indirect losses.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in India, as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
